They have no up to date technology to allow the patient easy access to their services. No website. No app. I'm forced to call in my prescription and leave a message. They DO have a liaison that they force me to use, who never does her job and also falsified her call log to make it look like she did. 2 months in a row that I am getting my specialty drug late because of Eva. And last month they even billed it wrong, causing me to spend over an hpur on the phone between them and the insurance company I finally had to force a conference call so the insurance company could make them understand that they were billing it wrong. The claim magically was approved. This place is awful. Today is 5/6. I was due to take my monthly shot on 5/1. When I was with CVS, I got reminders that my script was due,

With all the opiod shortages they always have mine.and if they think they may not they let me know in advance so I can have pain Dr change pharmacy at the visit. I don't have to call dr. Back and have script rewritten and sent elswear. Great place to work with.

The staff at HHC is phenomenal!! My son has many medical issues due to a motorcycle accident and the staff at this pharmacy has been more than helpful when it comes to filling scripts or keeping me informed of delays or prior authorizations that need to be done. I am so happy we chose this pharmacy. The only thing I don't like is the hours but I make it work. Thank you to all the friendly, helpful staff at HHC!!
