The people were pleasant and tried to be helpful but it is a software issue that is outside of their hands. I was not able to a successfully get an appt. Online for my mother who lives in a different state than me and she has dementia. The app would not accept and store her license and health insurance info which made it impossible to set an appt. Decided not to use this service due to these difficulties.

Needed to be tested for covid. From the moment I walked in to clinic, I felt comfortable. Had 9 am appt and was taken on time. Receptionist quickly processed my information. Nurse was compassionate and asked if I was comfortable. Took covid test and 15 minutes later, PA said I was positive, reviewed my medication list, answered all my questions and prescribed Paxlovid. It was a very positive experience and would highly recommend this walk in clinic.

When I arrived for my appointment I honestly didn’t feel well. David explained what he was going to do and followed with details about each test. He was kind and i appreciated his patience. When the doctor came in he was very concerned about my blood pressure and made sure I spoke with my primary doctor. Thank you both for your time and kindness

My visit was nice. Everyone kind and professional. I had been there before for a dog bite and same courtesy was received. The wait was too long although. About 2 1/2 hours too long. I have leukemia, have a very low immune system, tried to sit out in car but too cold for long periods. I was given meds because the nurse did not think bacterial infection. Upon return to home I noticed yellow discharge from nose and knew then it was bacterial and would need different meds. I called back requesting so. Was end of day noone returned call. Next day however. Saturday I told new doctor I believed needed antibiotics, he kindly ordered Amoxicillin Clav for me. All turning out well so far. All and all I do very much like your facility accept waiting far too long. Thank you.

I was able to get right in with my appointment but . they did a strep test and a covid Test .doctor was supposed to come back in never did I ended up getting my results on my phone.Got a cough medicine prescribed filled at CVS while I sat in the room. sat there for a pretty long time.Doctor never came back in the room.I had to go out the door and ask if I could leave.They let me leave without seeing a doctor terrible. my symptoms are still bothering me.I may have to go back to another doctor.
