had a horrible experience with a staff member working for Dr.Dyjack, I will never make a visit if entertained by the same member

Well, I wouldn’t recommend this healthcare provider to anyone. If any of the other doctors are like the one I had in this “practice” and using quotes there because the doctor I had was literally practicing. Had no idea what he was doing. Wasted months for me; changed doctors and they helped right away. Made me waste numerous trips there for no reason. Numerous tests given that were not even relevant to the problem at hand. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Thanks for reading.

Worst experience ever. Called to make an appointment for my 81 year old father for new pcp. Was able to get appointment for that same day at 4:45 which was great. They called a few hours later to see if we could come earlier at 2:30. I said I couldn’t come that early as I was working. Asked what was the lastest I could come the person on the phone said 3:45. I said I could try for 3:45 but would be there no later than 4. We arrived at 3:55 and we were told that erin would not see us because we were late. I explained the situation to the receptionist she spoke to the provider again to see if she would see us and after they made us wait 25 minutes we were told we would need to reschedule our appointment she would not see us because we were late. This appointment was on Monday. They told us

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Andre over the phone at the southington office. I was calling to leave a mssg for my doctor and he took the time to listen to my concerns after recently coming off of medication. He was very kind and helpful. I’ve always had great experiences at this office, friendly staff, clean office. Love Dr. Mian!! Highly recommend!

Office staff is atrociously bad at their jobs. Unpleasant and unreliable. Extremely unprofessional, they take no accountability for their actions and provide no explanations for their decisions.
