I am absolutely disgusted. My daughter Had one appointment with Katie Erick Then every other appointment continue to be canceled, and they would then switch the appointment whether my daughter could make it or not. Eventually, she started seeing somebody else due to the fact that how often she was told that Katie Erick would be unable to see her because she was out. She hasn’t been to the office in almost 2 years. Today I had to go pick up a certified letter from the post office informing us that they would no longer provide care to her due to excessive no shows. This is absolutely ridiculous considering it was Katie Ericck who Would not be in the office and we canceled the appointments. What an absolute joke that they would spend the time to send out a certified letter.

Although I don't mind driving to Norwich or Mystic but it's so much more convenient to go to Plainfield. Dr. Aujla is the best and has made my trials and tribulations with prostate cancer so much easier. Can't imagine why anyone would have an issue with this place. I've always been treated like royalty.

i try really hard not to abide by reviews because i believe everything is someone’s own perspective and so despite the reviews, i like hhc and wanted to stick with them. but this place was awful and the very first meet and greet appointment i had left me in tears after. i first met with the dr to discuss an issue i was having with my throat, she did not look at it. i had been to urgent care and was given antibiotics for it, yet the dr did not look. also the second i left the appointment, she threw class one obesity into my chart. mind you we did not discuss my diet or activity, we discussed only me getting a test for a genetic condition. she ordered blood work and all of them said something along the lines of “due to obesity and excess calories” whereas had she talked to me, she would’ve k

Worse place ever don't go here if you're poor. Went with my mom and the doctor was horrible very dismissive and cruel couldn't even send the right medicine to the account and I feel like the reason why they're here is for the money. I wouldn't send a dog here.

My first visit could not have been better. As a former nurse and safety professional, I saw a good system in action.
