Recently had to visit the ER via ambulance due to fainting and smacking my head. I was very nervous and in pain but the staff here was so friendly and caring. Immediate relief knowing and feeling that I was being well taken care of. A paramedic named Matt, I hope that is his name he had long dark hair, was phenomenal. So personable and attentive. He made me super comfortable and has a great sense of humor. I hope I don't have to visit the ER again, but if so I pray Matt and the team I had would be there! Grateful for all your efforts and hard work thank you!
Getting my blood drawn was painful to say the least… otherwise the doctors were friendly and helpful. Hospitality was great. I also went in on a Friday and was out within 2 hours which I didn’t expect. Although the doctors were amazing, I do feel like they just diagnose from ChatGPT or something..
I took my husband last night because he was having trouble breathing with his asthma. The check in process was super easy; the receptionist was lovely and got us checked in very fast. Once we sat down we waited less than 10 minutes to be called back. We were called back and sat in a waiting area with 3 other patients. Again, this process was very quick and the doctor got to us all very fast. We were out in a room and he was given a treatment and a chest X-ray within a half hour of arriving. Every staff member, from doctor to nurse to other staff members, we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We left with him feeling better and with prescriptions sent for us to the pharmacy. We spent maybe an hour and a half there in total. I am incredibly thankful for the care they took
STAY AWAY! On November 29,2024, I walked in to be seen for pinkeye, rather than suffer through Thanksgiving weekend waiting to call my eye Dr on Monday. I was attended to by a nurse, and I was seen by a doctor while seated in a hallway(never went into an exam room, which didn't seem necessary, given my minor issue) Both were attentive and professional. I was given a dose of an eye drop by a nurse, and got a prescription to fill. I got a bill for over $2400. My insurance paid around $400. I also paid $400 as the bill said they anticipated the insurance to pay the rest. When I called to appeal the bill, I was told that I had received "emergency services", and that is why it was so high. As I saw no one in the waiting area with serious injury or illness (and the website says "urgent care")
Arrived on 02/20/2026 feeling terrible. But as I left, I felt as good as I could based on the situation of RSV and complications of Asthma. From start to finish it was a well-organized opera of care. Dr. Dayton did a fantastic job, covering all the basis and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Hats off to each and every staff member and a special Hats off to Nurse Gerri, another amazing person, made me laugh and feel comfortable in my own skin again. You were all amazing and thank you all for your personalized care in my direction. Jim Rivnyak
