I just have to say that there is nothing wrong with Nancy (the primary provider for my children). She is absolutely wonderful and the kids enjoy seeing her because of the level of care she provides. My biggest issue is with HHC as a whole. We are constantly fighting with their billing department over errors and we have gotten quite tired of it. We are going to be switching practices this year due to that reason alone. When they were a smaller practice with out a HHC affiliation, we had zero issues. Since they took over and Dr. Benzoni left, it has been nothing but a head ache between HHC and insurance

Unfortunately Dr. Benzoni has left to work at Bristol hospital. She was the best person, doctor, and pediatrician ever. Since her departure the practice is unsafe and the people working there are quite rude. I had a 5pm appt to see Nancy PA and we arrived 10 min early. My son had become very, very sick over the weekend. I called and told the front office that we would wear a mask and should I wait till a room was ready. They were nasty and told me my check in time was 4:30 and appt at 4:45. I explained they were mistaken and on my patient portal it said 5pm appt. I told them how sick my son was and explained he needed to be seen. Nancy refused to to see my son. They refused to help me. I was told to go next store and the walkin would take me right away. My wife and I met the staff for a prenatal visit. Doing our due diligence, we respectfully asked for the staff's opinions on child vaccinations and potential side effects. A few days later we were told that our family wasn't a good fit for their practice. We thought this information might be helpful.

Reserved our spot here in advance. Showed up for our appt and after waiting a half hour and watching our name push further down the queue, I inquired and was told they are running about an hour behind. The Eastern European woman running the front desk was rude. Will be going to one of the many other options for urgent care next time.

Dr. Nancy is such a warm and kind soul, and I would highly recommend her and her practice to anyone. She has a great rapport with my teenage daughter as well as myself.
