For almost 2 months my PCP has been sending referrals to their fax which took 5 or 6 times to get received. Had to be sent to a private fax in the MA's office. Turns out they don't take anyone with fibromyalgia however I don't know that I have fibromyalgia anymore. I can control it with diet. My PCP sent a new referral with updated proper info and they claim to never have gotten it again. Office staff is rude particularly a woman by the name of "Tenay". I called to speak to the MA Jackie and "Tenay" answered. I asked her to please have Jackie call me back. I'm not mad I'm being cheerful so there was no reason to attack me. "Tenay" asked me if it was about this referral because they haven't received it and don't treat fibromyalgia. So I tried to explain again I'm not there for fibromyalgia

Reception staff throughout the whole facility.. beginning main lobby zero customer experience skills !! The place is also filthy !!
