Pleasant experience as soon as I walked in the door and staff was concerned about my needs. PA Kevin was understanding of my concerns and was reassuring during the vertigo reset that I would not fall off the table. If I have non - threatening health issues in the future I will be back!!!

I recently went here after having a two day anxiety attack where I did not receive help. The nurse who checked on me first was super nice but the PA who helped me was very unsympathetic and unsupportive. She made me feel like I was over reacting about my two day anxiety attack or even lying about it to get medication. Asking if I was ever diagnosed with it. She told me she couldn’t give me anything at all and the next place that could help me would be the ER but that she didn’t think I was at that level yet. Then she gave me a phone to talk to a mental health coordinator or something like that and they gave me a mental health facility number which I called and never received a call back. Be careful here: the nursing staff are not thorough in their evaluations of patients, and unless you guide them, they will just check you in and out, and do nothing to treat you. My wife came here for treatment of a cough, chills, and muscle aches after being unable to sleep for three days. The intake nurse suggested against taking a flu test, because she believed the “symptoms didn’t indicate flu.” We suggested to administer a flu test anyways—turns out, she did have the flu. The lead nurse minimized my wife’s symptoms, while also mentioning possible complications (such as infection) in a matter of fact way, without explaining implications. She said all she needed was sleep and water. I offered bluntly that she couldn’t sleep and was here for medication. After that, the nurse prescribed

I so love this clinic. Everyone here is like idk something from above really nice ladies in the front. You come here is a in and out thing. The doctors are prettty amazing the nurses. The help. I just love it here thank the lord above for this new clinic and all these wonderful people working here. Been coming here since it opened and after spending 12 hours at st Mary’s hospital er. You just gotta be thankful for this place. seriously

I love this walk in. Clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The aprn was wonderful and i felt for a walk in they were as time effective as possible. I would definitely go here again or reccomended this walk in to anyone needing what i felt was friendly, effective and efficient care.
