I had a serious head injury on a Sunday night and walked right into the office. They took me right in, and the Doctor was just great. She took her time, asked lots of questions, took my vitals and made me feel really confident in her diagnosis and treatment. It was such a great experience. I never expected to get.a five star Doctor at a walk-in on a Sunday Night and would recommend this location to anyone thinking they might need to see a Doctor in an emergency.

My P.A. Kelsey E. Anderson actually listened to my concerns. I went to Hartford-GoHealth for 2 concerns. One of my concerns was about my right ear. I had gone to the Hartford ER a few times about this and even a ear doctor they couldn't figure out what was wrong and didn't listened to my concerns. She noticed that my tympanic membrane is bulging and the reason why my right ear is feeling like I have swimmers ear. It felt wonderful to actually be heard for the first time about this concern I have had for my right ear. Kelsey treated me like a person and showed genuine concern for both of my concerns upon my visit. She is an amazing Brand Ambassador for Healthcare. Thank You Kelsey 💛

The front desk staff was great, but the medical care my 2-year-old son received was absolutely unacceptable. My son had his thumb stuck in a metal shaker ball. He was terrified and crying. The PA, Katherine Voss, walked in without introducing herself and immediately said, “If he can’t stay still, I can’t help him.” He’s a toddler — of course he was crying. She then forcefully twisted his swollen thumb and ripped the metal piece off with no numbing, no pain control, and no gentleness whatsoever. It caused a deep laceration that started bleeding instantly. My wife is a physician, and even she was stunned at how reckless and careless the approach was. The wound wasn’t properly cleaned, dressed, or bandaged. We left with my son bleeding, shaking, and traumatized — and now at risk of infecti

The PA and front desk staff were lovely, so 5 stars for them. However, the medical assistant who flushed out my ears was not that great. She seemed irritated, and made a comment about how I should have gone to an ear nose and throat doctor. I get why she said that, she was unable to get almost any ear wax out. I could sense that she did not want to be there, but it’s not like I did either. She could use some work on her professionalism. I still can’t hear, and now I will have to find someone else to get the job done.

Came there Saturday with a burning throat. Couldn’t sleep or even swallow my own saliva. They told me a strep test was negative but they were gonna send out a culture because I don’t have tonsils then told me it was post nasal drip and gave me a throat spray. Two days later, I’m in the ER with an even worse pain in my throat and spitting up blood. Low and behold I in fact do have strep. Going here is a waste of time. I get more information from WebMD than them.
