I thought Matt was great, he was kind, cared and took the time to listen to me about what was wrong. He was able to diagnose me quickly. He also explained everything well. The front desk individuals were great too, friendly and so was the medical assistant. I would return again if needed.

The girls were very gossipy and couldn't stand to hear the way they talked about a girl named Sarah! I suppose that is entertaining. The PA Ashley Comeau I saw was very nice and great. Gentle and understanding of my situation.

The staff at the Queen St location completelt dismissed my concerns. All I needed was a simple blood draw for one test. Unfortunately I was dismissed by an old misogynistic, know-it-all, so called doctor that said my results wouldn’t be in by the time I needed them regardless of me telling him that I had bloodwork on Wednesday and had my results back Thursday morning which was Thanksgiving!!! If I can get my results back in a major holiday then I can get them back on a Sunday. The so called doctors name was Randall Owen and I believe he shouldn’t be practicing medicine because this isn’t the first time I’ve heard. The other PA’s (B. NP LAPIERE was a great Provider. The team was efficient and reliable. X rays were read by Radiology within minutes. I recommend this Urgent Care highly I Am a Physician Associate and appreciate quality medical care

Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed so I spent 2 weeks using the wrong treatment. Found out when I went for a followup with the specialist that my intuition of the problem was correct. Cost me extra time, extra money and unnecessary discomfort.
