Waited for an hour. No reason except they double and triple book. Why bother making the appointment online if you are going to wait? There was no emergency, observed everything going on, heard other patients say why they were there. Also you will not be seeing a doctor. Just an aprn. That is fine if that is what you want but if you need a physician, do not go there. Aprn we saw was attentive and in our opinion competent but again, the walk in gives the impression you will see a doctor. My wife really needed a doctor.

My husband and I find this location to be the Best choice for care when we need help quick. It’s Clean, the entire Crew is Top Notch. Very caring, they really listen and care👍

My husband and I had a Friendly helpful and supportive experience. Go health Urgent is a good place to go when you are feeling lousy and your PCP doesn’t want sick people anywhere near their office. Where would any of us be without a non emergent walk in facilities these days! Thank goodness Urgent care and the people who work there exist. They ARE the help when when it’s really needed !

Everything was great, from start to finish. Ease of saving a spot, the front desk staff was friendly and the provider was knowledgeable and helpful.
