On October 6th, I had the most horrible and painful experience of my life thanks to Dr. Michael G. Zerbe. I went in for a nail infection and ended up with surgery where they removed my nail and tortured me by stitching it back onto my finger. This caused me more excruciating pain than my three C-sections, and he sent me home without any pain relief, as if I were an animal. It was blatant mistreatment and a complete lack of empathy towards a patient. That surgery caused an infection that lasted for more than a month, and thanks to my primary care physician and my dermatologist, I'm slowly improving. Today, December 10th, I'm still undergoing treatment, and there's trauma in the area. I don't know how my nail will grow back, whether deformed or not. No one there addressed my concerns. I aske

I usually love coming here because when you make the appointment they have almost always been exactly on time and it is a quick effecient visit. I guess it depends what day and what doctors are here. One day there seemed to be only one doctor and this was no different then going to a normal doctor's office. But it comes down to that doctor being efficient with their time and managing it properly which they did not do. The wait was over an hour for our scheduled appointment. Thankfully there are other clinics around. May have to try some other ones for the next time.

Waited for close to 3 hours and we're not helped. Then moved into the room and spent another hour. Finally walked out. No communication to tell us how long it would be. Most of the employees were on their phones sitting up there. Went to the bathroom to doctor sitting in the back and chairs. Talking. Stay away

I dreaded having to go to this location due to a previous experience with the front desk and physician on duty. I'm glad I gave it another try. I’ve updated my review to five stars. GoHealth has shown they take customer concerns seriously, and the turnaround has been impressive. Michael, PA-C, provided excellent care and made a real difference in my experience. Also, the employee at the front desk was pleasant and a breath of fresh air for ailing patients. 10/09/25

The doctor was excellent in all respects. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened, took his time and was very thorough.. My only issue was that I had a scheduled appt but still wasn't seen for almost an hour, and the place was not busy.
