I got an appointment right away online, so there was not a lot of waiting. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why I was feeling as I was and the cause. She prescribed medication, which is definitely working! I will not hesitate to go back to Hartford Go-Health in Berlin the next time I have any issue!!!

As a walk in without an appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. She informed me of a wait situation and not to be surprised if people walked in and were called before me because they had an appointment. I did not know that you could call and make an appointment. She took my information and reason for coming in. While waiting I had a chance to observe the facilities. They were extremely well taken care of. From floor to walls, to placement of chairs, clean and organized. They even have a facility for making tea. There were boxes of tissue placed throughout the seating area. After a short wait I was taken in. Vitals were taken and was told that the Medical Assistant would be in shortly. The MA assessed my condition and prescribed my medication. I really liked that I was able to check in online and by the time I got there they saw me right away. They performed all the necessary tests and made a correct diagnosis. I’m visiting my daughter from out of town so this was very unexpected. I visit quite often so I’ll know exactly where to go should I ever need medical assistance again while visiting.

Good experience, walked in made appt came back I waited 5 minutes went in. Nurses were pleasant. PA came in we talked and ai was out of there. Definitely recommended this place.

Making appointment online was easy and fast. Check in was quick and easy. Very nice staff. Waiting period was very short. Awesome staff and clean facility.
