They are awesome here! They saw my daughter for her first visit and they did tell-show-do which helped our daughter not be scared! We left with a balloon and a smile! Highly recommended.

We brought our son for their first visit today and it went amazing! Our son loved the space design and he got to leave with a balloon! Awesome experience, and the staff is super friendly!

We have had a few good years of care under this practice, however the last two visits have been terrible. We contacted them on 10/25 because my daughter had chipped one of her front teeth. They made her an apt for 10/28 to be seen. When they looked at her teeth they realized she had also cracked a molar which needed to be fixed as well and that it was starting a cavity because of the crack. They were able to get her in the same day to fix the issues but when I looked in her mouth before leaving, I realized she only fixed the tooth near the front and not the molar. I asked questions but the response was basically "sorry we only had time for the one today and that would have taken too long to fix both" Okay, fine? If they had communicated this to me, I guess I could understand. However, I w

Frustrating office to say the least. It’s understandable that the practice is busy during the holiday - we waited a week to have my LO seen due to sever gum pain, the appointment was confirmed the night before a snow storm then canceled that morning, which is understandable. The office requested us to call back on Monday to reschedule. We called monday morning and when I didn’t hear back, I called again and the front desk asked if we can come before they close. I was put on hold and then told the dentist is not available for another week and that today would’ve been the only day to schedule. I mentioned again that I called at 8:30 today and left a message and the response was to go to the ER.

My child was seen here and had such an amazing experience. She's usually nervous but the staff there was very kind and understanding. She's looking forward to her next appointment.
