Dr. Gallo efficiently diagnosed and treated a severe abscess ~ infection which was left undiagnosed and untreated by my former provider where I will not return. What a relief it was to have the condition properly diagnosed and treated and by starting promptly the Rx medication that Dr. Gallo prescribed, I began to feel a lot better immediately from the pain and swelling that the infection caused. I am grateful beyond measure to be healing now and to know I have a provider I can trust!

I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but based on my experience, I feel it’s necessary to share this in hopes it encourages improvement. During my initial visit with Dr. Gallo, he did not introduce himself, which immediately made the appointment feel impersonal. He noticed that I grind my teeth but did not offer any preventative treatment or discuss possible solutions until I suggested something after my second visit. Later, I returned after breaking a tooth, and he placed a temporary crown while I waited for insurance approval on a permanent one. No cleaning or additional care was provided during that time, and I waited nearly two months for follow-up. So i became a new patient today..i was in so much pain they were able to get me in same day..the ladies in the receptionist desk were fabulous! They were kind and helped me alot with getting checked in..they go above and beyond to help u..the rest of the appoint went very well..dr gallo was really great..i know why my son likes going there so much! So i felt the need to speak on my second visit to the office..i dont talk about this cause im embaressed but i went thru depression and did not take care of my teeth at all..so i lost the top and some on the bottom..so i dont really smile fully like i wish i could..but everyone was so understanding..the cleaning went well..like whatever fear i had of feeling embarassed went away..for me thats huge..so now we have a plan going forward and hopefu

The staff are all amazing. Front desk, hygienists and even though the dentist has a dry bedside manner, he’s also nice. However, we have had non-stop issues since starting here. More cavities than ever before, so many fillings that kept falling out, infection in my tooth that resulted in a root canal due to the filling being too close to the nerve. I went back to my old dentist even though he no longer accepts my insurance. I’d rather pay more and know I’m getting my teeth fixed right. Anytime a filling fell out or we’d have issues, it seemed the blame was passed to us too. “Oh you’re grinding your teeth” “oh you must need a new night guard”, etc. going back to my old dentist I was told I most likely didn’t even need those filling sand my root canal was due to their error in going to deep

They are so nice! The dentist is nice and quiet and smells so good!! They get you in quick and there are pretty pics in the ceiling to look at when you are nervous!
