Nicest healthcare professionals I've ever met in my life. Our physician went above and beyond. The wait was a little long (walk-in) but absolutely worth it. We were thoroughly checked and helped.

The entire process went very well, from intake to the completion of my pre-surgical physical. Nurse Kaitlyn was very courteous and professional as usual. As per Kaitlyn, the entire physical exam process was also very efficient. Well done, thank you Kaitlyn.

It was unclear that the appointment officially started at 12pm and the 11:45am time was for me to complete the forms. This resulted me rushing through and just putting "No" to finish it in time. The doctor told me to put 2 drops in each eye 4 times a day for 5 days. The script that was sent to the pharmacy said "instill 1 drop in both eyes every 6 hours". I got this prescription on Wednesday and have been doing the 1 drop because I still have not gotten clarity on which I should do despite contacting my PCP through mychart. It should not be so difficult to use the same language on the script as you use with your patient.

The administrative processes were not good. The hospital (Bridgeport Hospital/Yale NH)l had no idea of what meds were prescribed and did not know who the referring virtual DO was. CVS did not give me all of the meds that I was later told were over the counter. That mistake caused unnecessary delay in my understanding what med I was told to take when the problem was still in the early stages. I sat for hours in the confused ER Bridgeport Hospital/Yale NH ER and was released just as ill as when I arrived. I saw my P/C Office on 3-2-26. If I have to return, I try to get to a HHC facility or ER. Thank you!

I was happy to receive an unexpected opportunity to be seen at least in this fashion. I have considerable health problems that I don’t address. Jackie was pleasant patient and helpful. This seems to be a positive start for getting healthier. I’m looking forward to more positive experiences. Thank-you
