Hart Hearing & Balance Centers

The people at Hart Hearing and Balance are phenomenal. I've been going there for many years and they always treat me like a VIP. Uncommonly friendly and dedicated to the betterment of thier patients. I look forward to their bi-yearly checkups. They're very nice people.

Dr. Sara and her Hart team are friendly, know!edgeable, and patient. Due to the shape of my ear canals, extra fitting and work was required to get a proper fit. Sara was not satisfied until I was satisfied, and I am. My ability to hear conversation is much improved.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Greece office of Hart hearing. From the secretary to the audiologist, the care is great. Whenever I have had a problem, it has been dealt with quickly. I would recommend Hart hearing to anyone.

I found everyone at Hart Hearing to be very friendly and very helpful Greg is very professional, and when my daughter went for a hearing test, he told her she didn't need hearing aids. She thought she needed hearing aids, so Greg could have told her she needed them, and she would not have realized she really didn't need them.

Sarah is super. She always checks to make sure Hearing aids are working correctly and ask if any concerns or questions. She also let's you know you can call anytime if a problem or just have a question. Carrie, the receptionist, also does a great job and very helpful.
