I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Yakimov, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. They were gentle, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated how they answered all my questions patiently and provided helpful advice for maintaining good oral health. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Max, the hygienist, and my experience at Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology. I chose this office less than two years ago because they offered a wellness plan that seemed supportive for someone on a limited income who is trying to pay out of pocket and transition off Medicaid. Every visit felt pressured and uncomfortable. Even though I had recent X-rays transferred from another clinic, I was repeatedly told I had to get new X-rays done there and was given multiple lectures about it, despite explaining my financial limitations and the fact that there was no urgent need. It felt rigid, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion for my situation. I was also consistently told I wasn’t doing enough to care for my teeth and that I had numerous issue

I came in for a routine cleaning and had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, and I was seen right on time. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which made the whole visit really comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! The dentist also took a moment to review my Invisalign and answer a few questions without rushing. Overall, the office is clean, modern, and very professional. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care and a smooth, stress-free cleaning appointment.

Caring staff. Very nice. I have fears that they handled well and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Best experience I've had with a dentist. I'm very thankful that they offer IV Sedation.

I have to see a very excellent place from the time you call and make your appointment the receptions they're very nice very helpful you get there at the place is amazing looking inside so comfortable accommodated with coffee and water little gift bags then when you meet the dentist oh don't let me forget the Jenna's first that talks to you he was so nice knowing the dentist came in I actually felt like he was looking at me and listening to all my concerns I highly appreciate it even though I'm still in pain and have no answers which it's not his fault so please don't take that the wrong way anybody it's a long story I would so recommend just go there very nice people they seem like they care they make you feel like you mean something and your family I look forward to moving on and working
