I want to recognize nurse Josh Musser for the exceptional care he provided during my visit. He was patient, attentive, and treated me with genuine respect. When I raised concerns about the records on file, Josh immediately took ownership and brought the physician and anesthesiologist into the room to resolve everything before procedure. That level of diligence and patient advocacy is rare today. His calm, friendly and carrying approach made a stressful situation much easier and helped solved the issue. Five stars!!!

I was seeing Dr Reiprich for years and was great. However their front desk staff is the worst and not worth putting up with. Sorry that I had to call and reschedule my appointment but when you work at the State Police you cant always plan around the next emergency. Definitely didn't need a lecture by some condescending know it all about how "ridiculous" it is that I can't make sure to use leave so I don't have yo reschedule. Sorry ma'am, but there are many things that are far more important than your little world. I've switched to a different gastroenterology office and will never look back.

I went in to have a routine Colonoscopy first patient of the day, prior to surgery the Dr. Cortni J.T. Brooks had an 8 ball in her hand I haven't seen one of those for years, so I asked on the table getting ready to be put to sleep and she replied I found this in a untility closet the Anesthesiologis stated what does it say Dr. Brooks replied everyone will be opend up today. Last words I heard before I was being placed in an abulance bleeding out after Dr. Brooks cut my main artery. I was rushed to a near by hospital Osteiopathic, I lost sooo much blood they had to give me blood 2-3 bags I can't remember. Horrible experience. They tell you to be there at 11 am. Still sitting in lobby at 12:15. Who knows when we will get called to the back for the procedure. Not sure why they set up appointments like this. People don't have anything better to do but sit in their lobby all day.
