I saw Kristi and Timothy for recurrent strep throat and I can’t say enough positive things about both of them. I’ve been run down for more than a month chasing answers. I would recommend these individuals to anyone looking for compassionate and kind healthcare. They listened, took the time to answer all my questions and as individuals they both went above and beyond to share empathy. On top of that, both are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the best treatments for their patients. I feel very secure and informed following their recommendations. I would recommend to anyone looking for truly quality care. I work in healthcare myself and can personally vouch that helping people is why we got into this profession (before all the productivity standards, pressure, and expectations

I spent most of my morning going crazy trying to find a pcp that takes Medicaid..i ended up calling Harris urgent care and the receptionist Uneka was amazing and very helpful! She gave me a couple #’s to call and finally the last one I called took me in. Thank you again Uneka for all your help!

Wait was shorter than expected at an urgent care. Only about 20 minutes. Major kudos to Tim. He listened to me, had a real conversation with me about what was going on, looked at my current meds and explained how treatment might affect them, and made a follow up plan with me, not at me. Overall great experience. 🤘

Went there with what I thought was a cold. Saw the NP for maybe 15 mins. Took a breathing medicine and left. Got what she prescribed and took all medicine. It didn't work so I went to see a real doctor. Receive a bill for $ 1,306.70 with no explanation of any charges. What a rip off.

Receptionist is trash. She just knew she understood my issue and what needed to be done instead of LISTENING. I got tired of her attitude and “know it all” smirks so I went somewhere else. I will never understand why yall think somebody that’s already not feeling good wants to deal with that. Hire people that actually WANT to work and help people.
