Harris Teeter Pharmacy

It look very much the same but the restroom is located on the corner right where the Flower Section is. The have convenient stuff there. Excellent effort. Harris Teeter is one of the best popular shopping stores in the community center. Located in Herndon city, Dulles International Airport region of Loundon, County. I purchased a prescription from Herndon location and to my surprise that tube was empty with out any medicine. When I contacted to pharmacy they said that they can’t do anything about it. I feel like cheated by Harris Teeter Pharmacy.

This the 4th pharmacy we visited for 5-11yr booster before holiday. Edward, the pharmacist in Harris Teeter Highland crossing, is truly a blessing for us to run into on 12/17/2022. He calmly and patiently provided my daughter timely booster when he was about to wrap up his day and gave us peace of mind preparing for the holiday gathering. He also did research and recommend a better vaccine for my mother. We are all very touched by Edward's kindness and thoughtfulness!

My first impressions of the Harris Teeter pharmacy have left me concerned. First, there is no way to setup an account prior to having a prescription sent over. Second, they don’t bother to contact you even when the prescription has been sent over (two days later I had to call). Third, I was placed on nearly a dozen times, for over 30 minutes, while inquiring about my prescription and trying to provide my insurance information. Forth, once I provided the information the staff member was like “we don’t have any prescriptions here for you” (even though I was at the doctors office when it was sent over, and can verify that it was also called in), and they then basically hung up on my. Fifth, I still don’t know if it is filled because no one bothered to call me back. Concerning.

My family has been picking up our prescriptions from here for years. Nazila, Olga and the rest of the pharmacy team are familiar with our needs and care.
