My son filled a prescription and other than the long line, they were able to fill it pretty quickly. We didn't have to go back later to pick it up which was nice.

I messed up the time for my flu appt and Olga still honored our appointment. My kids (3&5) were extremely scared and Olga and Madelyn were so sweet and patient. Thank you so, so much!

I pick up several different meds here monthly for my dog and I have never experienced more consistently helpful and friendly staff. The phone has always been answered promptly and techs/pharmacists work efficiently to make sure we have exactly what we need as soon as possible. I go during off hours to avoid lines but in the event I have to go when the store is busy, the line does move quickly. Super grateful to have a reliable pharmacy!

There was a slight wait for my prescription while we verified some details with the prescriber, so one of the pharmacy techs offered my twin 3 y/o boys lollipops, which kept them happy for the entire time we were at the store. Little gestures go a long way, especially when they relieve some stress from a parent! The pharmacist and staff were also very helpful and professional.

A different pharmacy did not have a prescription in stock and could not be bothered to take the effort to move my prescription to another store. The people at Guilford Road readily undertook the effort to make it all well. Why can one branch be so helpful and outgoing while the other be so dismissive and uncaring?
