Harris Teeter Pharmacy

This is the first time I went there and had an “issue”. I went because I missed a call to pick up my meds and never realized it was them calling. I walked to the counter and very middle aged blonde woman ignored me and then very dryly asked for my info. I gave it to her and she said “we had to return that” I said “ok” and started to leave but she decided she wasn’t done talking or accusing me of wanting to get pain meds and says “well it’s been over 2 weeks so if you were REALLY in pain you would’ve came to get them. I just stared at her while she continued to talk herself into a hole and then realized it and made excuses like and that’s what the ER would say and it’s not likely the provider is even there. I just stared smiled and said ok. But please someone coach her! Smh very disappointi

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question as to why my prescription isn’t being filled when it’s on autofill every four months and was given snarky remarks with such attitude by Lauren. Will be switching pharmacies asap.

I've used Harris Teeter pharmacy for quite some time. I have ten prescriptions. I must say that after working with Lynn, Denise, Lauren (all of the employees), they are as kind, efficient, patient, professional, and Wonderful as they can be. Thanks for making my experience with you easy and friendly.
