Amazing service! Long story, but trust me, they are great! Walgreens not so much.
Let me start by saying I'm one of those people that never take the time to leave reviews. I've had some GREAT customer service experiences and thought "I should leave a review because this person needs acknowledged" but never have. I have always had issues at pharmacies and it's always a pain in the a** going. Especially Walgreens. The other day I went to this pharmacy for the first time and ran into an issue with my insurance that I've had before. Thorne, the pharmacy manager definitely deserves all the good reviews. Long story short without going into detail, he listened to my problem and actually cared to take the time to fix it. I know he had to do research but I've had this issue with I'd say 6 different pharamcy techs every month for over a year at walgreens and noone cared to let me
This pharmacy has the best service and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I moved 30 mins away and I still use this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions.
Always great service from the Pharmacy folks no matter whether I call or go to the store...very appreciated!!
