Don't go for a shot...you'll get it after they do everything else first..waited 45 mins and had an appointment. Are some hard working people there, don't get me wrong but it was insulting sitting and waiting that long..and they got to me cause it was getting near lunchtime. I asked to do my husband's paper work for his shot because he can't see well....and was refused...he could still sign it...just wanted to help him...he has Asthma and she told him he didn't qualify for pneumonia vaccine...tried to get out of giving me my pneumonia vaccine and I have COPD
