This is the world’s worst pharmacy. The phone goes right to voicemail and they never call back. If your doctor leaves a voicemail with your prescription they won’t fill it. It’s impossible to refill prescriptions as they never connect your phone number to the prescription - despite asking and receiving confirmation in the store over 7 times that I won’t have a problem again. Don’t waste your time, there are tons of better options In Alexandria.

I've never ever been in a clean store, always fresh, I TRULY Love playing my #'s as well as The scratch tickets from the machine or From the counter....My Family and I always go grocery shopping there," Especially when the 1st comes around, I'm quite sure u know what that means, very important day for most, I just can't wait either, never ever let my "PRIDE" get in the way of nothing @ all, Sincerely, Mr. C.B. Harris Teeter Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. I absolutely love this pharmacy. They always notify me when refills are due. And I am able to pick it up the next day. They have bent over backwards to get my medication that the manufacturer has trouble keeping in stock. Very professional and always a smile on their faces.

This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. For months, they will take days to fill prescriptions sent by my doctor to be filled that day with no explanation. Sonya also changes her mind as to when and how she feels like refilling a prescription. Last month she refused to fill an as-needed prescription because it was "too soon" and she went by what was written on the prescription. Now as I try to get another refill, even though it is days after when the supply is done, she is saying she will NOT go by what is written on the prescription and she needs to talk to the doctor. Don't trust this place with your medication.

The women working at this pharmacy are the worst. You will spend 40 minutes on hold. Sonja is a power tripping glorified cashier who will hold your medication or refuse to fill it because she is having a bad day with no regard for your health or safety and will hang up on you. Malpractice lawsuits coming your way. Do not go here for your prescriptions.
