1st eye exam I had that was really better than others. Dr. Harrill Charles is the best ! Took his time , so I didn’t feel rushed. Went through every step as possible to make sure I was getting the corrective treatment for my eyes & glasses. I also learned a few things from him. Knowledge is key. His office staff was wonderful & knowledgeable, kind & patient. I highly recommend. I’ve already recommended my family members lol.

Dr Harrill performs a VERY thorough eye exam. Possibly the most thorough in my life. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I couldn't recommend his services more.

I saw Dr Harrill a couple years ago and absolutely loved him. However I recently lost my glasses call in June and was told they has nothing till August I would be put on a list never recieved a call. Called again today it's now July and his staff witch are the absolute rudest people I've ever dealt with again told be I would have to be put on a list soi still have no glasses because mine were lost. I do t recommend this office they Re rude and have zero empathy !

Yes very very thorough! The visit took two days and a combination of them took 3 and 1/2 hours. Have dry eyes, still have dry eyes. No real significance in results compared to other optometrists

I brought my daughter here for eye visit and when it came time for her to pick out frames she was pushed into a pair of cheap plastic set of frames!! The glasses didn't last and broke wow!! I will be filing a complaint against this office!! I will not be returning to this place!!
