From start to finish, this dental office provided an excellent experience. Before any X-rays were taken, Dr. Orn personally introduced himself face to face and even shook my hand, which immediately set the tone for how much they value patient care. Alana cleaned my teeth and did a phenomenal, very thorough job. I’ve honestly never experienced dental care quite like this before!! Everything felt thoughtful, unhurried, and extremely professional. A few weeks later, I brought in my 2.5-year-old and we saw Dr. Trey. He was wonderful. There were no tears from my little one, and once again the staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. I’ll start by saying I absolutely hate going to the dentist, so I was pretty reluctant to try a new office. My wife recommended this place, and I’m very glad I listened. Dr. Orn was excellent, calm, professional, and incredibly gentle. My hygienist, Mayka, did a thorough and fantastic job and made me feel at ease from the start. I had a deep cleaning with laser treatment, which was surprisingly comfortable and far better than I expected. I also came back for a cavity, and Dr. Orn filled it. It was the most gentle dental filling I’ve ever had. From the numbing to the completion of the procedure, I didn’t feel anything at all. Had a really great experience at Harper’s Preserved Dentistry from the moment I walked in and got greeted by the front desk girls, Jennifer and Brittany. Dr. Orn is an excellent dentist. super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, and he actually takes the time to explain what’s going on without rushing you. The whole office has a very welcoming, relaxed vibe and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Tracy, the dental assistant, was amazing and made the visit way more comfortable from start to finish. She’s friendly, attentive, and clearly great at what she does. Believe it or not I’ve been to Harpers preserve dentistry three times this month, next Monday will be four times.. First, I got my teeth cleaned by Alana. I was very impressed by her gentleness and precision, getting my teeth sparkling white. I’m a pushover for a white smile. Thanks Alana. The next two appointments were to determine, if I need a root canal, yes I did. As well, prepare the tooth for the root canal, and cast a temporary crown. Dr Orn is an expert at what he does. I’ve never had a problem with him. He’s very gentle, precise and No Pain! The third appointment was with Doctor Ozorio. He actually did the root canal. From the front office ladies, to the dental assistants, and doctors! Their whole staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and nice. I am deeply afraid of going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend!!!
