Dr. Slutsky and his team are incredible. They provide quality care and ease every fear my daughter has. Dr. Slutsky takes the time to go over every option and answer every question you may have. In response to the office’s reply that statement is not accurate. The office has discussed pricing over the phone before. Additionally, since you’re not dealing with an existing customer, simply stating that “additional fees may apply because the product is no longer under warranty” would have been helpful and transparent. When my daughter was first taken to the back, we were told it would be a simple reglue of the retainer. Coincidentally, that changed once we were informed the product was no longer under warranty. This feels very suspicious and disingenuous. Furthermore, when I purchased what was described as a “lifetime retainer,” I expected it to last longer. I was referred to Dr. Slutsky about 2 years ago to get my permanent retainers. Dr Slutsky and his team are absolutely amazing. I would 100% recommend his office for any orthodontic work.

I cannot rave enough about this office. I recently finished my 2nd childs treatment here and as expected, beautiful results. Always easy to make appointments and rarely have to wait. I was treated here as a teenager and still have my original permanent retainer which is about 17 years old. I would never go anywhere else.
