Harness Health Pharmacy - Richmond Community Hospital

I am thankful for this pharmacy existing, that being said, they need more staff and support. There’s like 3 people max ever working there and the amount of business they're expected to do is insane. It's no wonder they can never be reached by phone, theres one phone, and between insurance, doctors, and patients, it's a miracle anyone gets called back. Seriously, they need more support. It's a pain for me to deal with but at least i don't work there.

St. Mary's pharmacy was amazing. My son needed a very specific form of medication same day and was the only pharmacy locally out of 4 specialty pharmacies that could accommodate. Customer service was amazing and even tried to troubleshoot insurance issues. So thankful I was able to get the medication timely and with such great service!

The cheapest pharmacy with united health care, BUT they have poor communication, inconsistency with availability, they never answer the phone, and they have no empathy. You’re better off ordering your medicine a month before you need it and they may have it available. That’s a strong may. If it’s life or death… you’ll probably die dealing with them. Best wishes.

The worst pharmacy ever why a prescription was sent the day before and I have to wait the next day a hour and a half to get it filled when those prescription should be first priority def switching pharmacies please don’t go here

The pharmacist Deloris is extremely rude and short with people. Don't bother going here.
