Harness Health Pharmacy - Hanover

I was there at the window at 4:24 on a Friday. One person in front of me trying to pick up his prescription. At 4:30 the lady said sorry we're closed and proceeded to close the window. When I said I was just there to pickup a prescription that was already filled, she said come back Monday. I understand everyone wants to go home on Friday, but it literally took one minute when I went back on Monday. There is no excuse why it could not have been taken care of the first time on Friday. I was the only other person in line. The hours are inconvenient enough for working people but to make two trips because someone couldn't be bothered.

I called abs risk them I was getting there right as they closed and was making a special trip for this and was told they would help me . I arrived and they were closed. This is unacceptable and rude.’ I wasted my time and gas. Additionally, yes their hours are ridiculously limited! Thanks all! Do better !!

Love the pharmacists but the hours are terrible! They need to extend hours and include at least part of the day on Saturdays. They are only open 8:30 - 4:30 mon- fri. Often there is not enough of a medication to fill 90 day Rx. Until a few days later
