Harmony Park at Wilson

Went caroling at Harmony Park with my kids and homeschool group. Staff was helpful and cheerful, the place was clean and smelled nice, and the residents seemed happy and cared for.

This was my first visit at Harmony! Everyone was very cordial! I think I arrived at a shift change but I was able to meet the therapist, and one of the nurses’ aids! My friend seems to be getting the care she needs!! Thank you for caring for these special friends! I know it is a challenge and there never seems to be enough time and help!!

My sister was transferred to this facility on January 2nd. I visited her today, January 3rd. I was so sad to see inside this facility and when I was leaving the parking lot, I cried because I didn't want to leave her. Inside this facility is needing a renovation. Ceiling tiles throughout showed leaks. In my sisters room, the lady in bed beside hers had a huge spot right over her bed. Maintenance should be ashamed. The restroom being shared with my sister and three other patients was confusing because all 4 patients appeared to be bed ridden but the restroom was dirty and smelled of urine. When the cleaning person came in to clean the room, she didn't go into the restroom to clean it. Never choose a care facility by reviews alone. Make a point to visit and see for yourself. I was visiting my sister today. Everything was pleasant and nice. There was some water on the floor beside my sister’s bed. I spoke with the CNA . She came in and mopped the water up no questions asked. She checked to see if something was leaking. She was very helpful and professional.

November 1, 2025, my first time visiting this place, I like the sign in and I went to see one of the client, I have known for years seeing ok today, yes his room look ok and it look clean and the workers I saw seen friendly. The patient I know and his room mate are not suppose to be in their long and I will see how therapy Will help them recover in this place.
