Harmons Pharmacy - The District

I have to give the most amount of praise to the pharmacy technician, Nola!!! She was extremely helpful with finding missing prescriptions and which doctors they came from! She was kind and understanding. Thank you Nola for being so amazing.

Usually, this pharmacy is pretty good; been coming here for 20 years, but I've had a couple of issues in the past little while; many are no big deal, but today was a horrible experience. Filled presrip by phone yesterday, and received vm indicating it was ready. Went in next morning, was met by tech who's first words were, "are you her for pickup?" Nothing in the way of "hi, how are you, or good morning." I realize work is a stress, but customer service has disappeared. They then couldn't see my prescrip in the system, and tech mentioned something to the pharmacist about multiple people with my same birthdate; I tried to make a small joke about it, and tech wasn't having it. No smile whatsover. Then we had issues with payment. Inserted my credit card and waited. Tech then says, "waiting on

Most of my interactions have been fairly decent except with Stefani. She has poor customer service. All my interactions with her have been so curt to the point of being rude, and I usually leave made to feel stupid. She isn’t friendly AT ALL. I understand the job is hard, but customers deserve some level of respect, and Stefani doesn’t give that. I highly thinking of moving my prescriptions to either Smith or Walmart at this point.

Have used this pharmacy for 12 years--the people and service have always been exceptional! Cheerful, personable, professional, exact in getting prescriptions quickly and correctly--especially today! I would like to name people, but there are so many at this pharmacy that are just excellent people!

I switched to this pharmacy because CVS was so difficult to work with. It has been a night and day difference. They answer the phone, answer my questions, and actually are helpful. Couldn’t be happier.
