Harmons Pharmacy - Mountain View Village

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy, especially after reading other reviews mentioning similar issues with the pharmacy manager, Jeremy. My doctor sent me a message saying my prescription had been forwarded to the pharmacy, so I went to the counter to confirm it was ready. Jeremy assisted me, but from the start he seemed uninterested and unapproachable—surprising for someone in a customer-facing role. He told me the prescription wasn’t there and offered no help or suggestions. Then proceeded to say in an un-polite way, "We would have text you that it was ready." (Yes, thanks Jeremy. I know this already, because I have been using another Harmons pharmacy for a couple of years now... but sometimes there are issues and I don't get one.) As I tried to pull up the mess

They've been very tolerant and patient with my family and the many prescriptions we have. We've been treated extremely well by all we have come in contact with. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Harmon’s, however the pharmacy Manager Jeremy at this location is the most unpleasant, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! He has hung up on my husband when he was trying to get a prescription refilled, said he was Busy and just hung up! Then a week later I go to pick up a prescription inside the store that my husband called in on the automated line and was told it would be ready at 1:20 PM, I went in at 3:00 PM to get it and Jeremy told me he did not have it, it was not called in, fine so I leave the store and no sooner than I drive out of the parking lot my husband got a text saying it was ready! I was so furious! I highly recommend using a different pharmacy!

Jeremy and Trevor are wonderful pharmacists. They explain everything and go out of their way to find the meds my family needs if they don't have them in stock. They're great to work with my Dr. Everyone there is so kind and I can't say enough good about this pharmacy. Most everyone there knows us by name. Unfortunately my kids have some health issues as well so we are there often. When my insurance won't pay they go out of their way to help find discounts as well. When we do have to fill elsewhere because they don't have the medication it's a totally different experience at other pharmacies. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
