Harbour Town Pharmacy

My husband and I were so VERY glad to see Pharmacist Alpesh back in the Harbour Town market area at 3378 E. Jefferson Ave in Detroit, Michigan next to the Harbor town dentist office!!! Pharmacist Al is the pharmacist that my husband and I have always gone to for our pharmacy needs for the last 19 or so years… Starting with when he originally worked at Rite Aid before that Rite Aid closed)!! Pharmacist to Al is Very knowledgeable, patient, efficient, AND he is very gentle when he gives inoculations too! (In Addition, Harbour town pharmacy carries the types of vitamins that I like.). Al, the pharmacist, is really caring and informative. With every refill, he calls me personally to ensure I will be picking it up (sometimes multiple times when I forget, too, which is so helpful!). I have struggled to get my medication at many of the chain pharmacies in the area, but he has been able to get it as well. I really appreciate the customer service here!

I can’t say enough about this pharmacy, and especially about the pharmacist. He consistently goes above and beyond, including acting as a go-between when prescription issues arise—working directly with prescribers to resolve glitches and prior authorizations. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes sure I receive exactly what I need. His depth of knowledge is evident in every interaction, and it shows in how confidently and thoroughly he does his work. It’s rare to find someone in healthcare who truly listens, but that is exactly how this pharmacist makes you feel—heard, respected, and well cared for.

This pharmacy make sure you have your prescriptions when you need them and on time!! You can find different kinds of vitamins and health care products here. He even ordered my daughter children's vitamins because he was out 😁. Great customer service 👍🏾👍🏾 He even makes sure I contact my doctor when refills are low 💜
