I am terrified of going to the dentist. This office made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me. They were so friendly and full of smiles, that you just felt relaxed. They were very thorough in explaining everything as well. Each person I encountered from the front office to the back office were just amazing. The dentist bedside manner was phenomenal. I have to mention that my appointment was on time, which is great by itself. The office is clean as well. They were even so helpful and making sure I can get dental care at affordable pricing. I highly recommend at 10/10. It was one of the best dental experiences I have had!

I had an amazing experience at Harbor Dental on Duval Station Road. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. I arrived on time and was seen within a very reasonable timeframe. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and honest. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely taken care of. The doctor, Dr. Margolis, was also very friendly and thorough. As a new patient, I did their $99 new patient special, which included X-rays and a full exam, and the whole appointment only took about an hour and a half. The process was clear, efficient, and well worth it!!! They’re also taking out my wisdom teeth!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Harbor Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office. Amazing people, great service, and an all-around wonderful experience.

first time coming here and Erika did an amazing job to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. She did my X-rays and I told her previously at another facility they are too rough with my mouth when it comes to x-rays. She made sure she was gentle and asked me if I was OK throughout the process. she made me giggle and the overall experience was sweet. Please give her the raise she deserves! 10 ⭐️ for ERIKA! The dental hygienist Megan was amazing! If you are someone who gets anxious about dental cleanings, she is the person to see. What a great experience! First you walk in and the place is spotless and smells amazing. And everyone on staff from the receptionist through the financial team was amazing. Everyone is this office is great. Makes you feel comfortable and were able to see me asap. I had a horrible experience at an Aspen Dental due to overcharging and pushing procedures I didn’t need. The doctor explained that I didn’t need all the services I was told previously and was given an invoice three times cheaper than at the other place. For those Mil Spouses in Jax w Tricare dental, we don’t have a lot of options. Harbour Dental is the place to go! Thank you!

The entire team was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Tonya at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, making check-in and scheduling my follow up appointment so easy. Kayla, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me, and Dr. Margolis provided excellent care with such a gentle and professional approach.
