Everyone here was so kind and helpful. If I had any concern it was addressed immediately. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend to anyone needing rehabilitation or assistance with their loved one.

My mom was here for rehabilitation. She was discharged on Wednesday of last week. I called a little after 8 a.m. on Thursday of last week requesting a prescription for a wheelchair. I left a message with the clerk. After waiting several hours for someone to call me back. They never did. It was after 2 p.m. when I called back and was told Crystal, the caseworker, would be calling me back. Here it is Sunday and I still have not received a call. I caled this morning only to be told Crystal does not work on weekends, to call her back tomorrow. Why should I keep having to call back. The aides here are nice and took good care of my mother, but the customer services here sucks. Im not calling back to keep getting the run around. I love how nice everyone is here.. They treat my family very well and are easy to reach. I have had a few relatives pass through for rehabilitation and my sister has been a resident for a year or so. Great group of people.

Very courteous staff! They were patient and caring with my father. My father even told me the food was good.

I've called tiftion harborview nursing home I can't count how many times to check up on my grandpa and see how he was doing but instead I was giving multiple excuses and lies on why I couldn't so I called again today now all of a sudden I can't know anything about him because I'm not on the list to know anything about him however I was allowed in this nursing home not to long ago and I got to see him and talk to him I got told the staff can't say who's allowed and not allowed in to see patients but again if your on a no information and no contact list your also not allowed to see the patient which I was allowed to see him and I was let inside the nursing home without any problems knowing this y'all as the staff have violated his hippa rights this also is directed towards the receptionists
