Was not a good experience. My grandmother went in after hospital stay for rehabilitation to get stronger before coming home. Sadly once the day shift left and night shift came on, there was no care. Several times my grandmother needed assistance due to sliding down in the bed and didn’t have the strength to pull herself up or over. When she called for help it was at least a 45 min wait before anyone would check on her. By that time my grandmother had called us making aware and we would call to ask them to please go and help her. I have been there twice when we needed assistance and couldn’t get anyone to come in and help. She dreaded the night because she knew she would have to lay in the same position until the next morning and she would not be changed. She would have a wet or soi

I am writing this review on 8/25/2025. My father is here currently supposed to be short term to recover from a minor injury. His doctor prescribed him pain medication and he is supposed to take 1 pill every 6 hours. The nurses often skip giving him his medication at the correct time. In fact, the only two days he received it close to on time was last Wednesday and Thursday when they had an inspection. Subsequently, the only two days he was actually capable of participating in physical therapy were the days he received his medication on schedule. He constantly has problems with calling the nurses and no one comes for hours. My aunt has had to call the desk multiple times to tell them he needs assistance, and so have I. The Evening staff was wonderful. Stephanie the overnight nurse was exceptional. The facility itself is old and desperately in need of repairs and updates. I observed black mold on the ceiling, bugs in the room, and gaps in the wall around the air conditioner. Would not recommend.

Miss Emaleigh Parker and Ms.hessica in the rest of the therapy staff are excellent. They take time they work with the patients on one on one could not ask for better people.
