I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff are super friendly. Plans of care was very clear. Dr. Arroyo is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am on day two of recovery after having 3 wisdom teeth removed and I am in little to no pain. They set you up for a successful recovery by providing post up paperwork, links to videos to reference, and all necessary tools. Thank you thank you thank you!

I had a coronectomy performed to remove my 2 bottom, impacted wisdom teeth. The entire process with Dr. Arroyo and her staff was incredibly smooth. Upfront and transparent about cost and care plan. Detailed directions for pre-op, day of surgery logistics, and post-op care. I was completely sedated and had a very comfortable experience. Two concerns I had going in were: 1. Cost and 2. Potential permanent nerve damage as it was something my sister experienced with her procedure done by a different doctor. Overall I was surprised to find out that my insurance covered the majority of the entire treatment and once the numbing of my entire lower jaw and mouth wore off (approx 14 hours later) I regained full feeling. I understand this is not the case for everyone but it was expressed to me that

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done a few months ago, and because of the position of my teeth, it was a bit more complex. During the consultation, the oral surgeon clearly walked me through all my options and explained the potential risks especially the possibility of nerve damage. She was very careful, thoughtful, and made it clear she’d take the safest route, which turned out to be a coronectomy in my case. The team was very transparent throughout the entire process. Someone broke down my insurance coverage like what would be covered and what wouldn't and there were no surprises when it came to cost (insurance covered almost all). They were clear and organized every step of the way, from the consultation to scheduling and payment. Pre-op care was provided through paperwork and videos

Let me start with I am afraid of the dentist and have horrible gag reflexes. I informed anyone who would listen to me (which was literally everyone). Lol. That being said, they came up with an excellent plan to accommodate my needs. One tooth extraction and shave down neighboring wisdom tooth. Woke up less than an hour later and was on my way. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Everyone knew their job and did it efficiently. The surgeon is awesome and very knowledgeable. I wasn't awake to know exactly what she did but four days later with zero pain and minor swelling. I'd say she is incredible at what she does. The entire staff and surgeon did an awesome job. Like a well oiled machine. Thank you so much for everything.

I'm so happy to have been referred to Dr.Arroyo from Canton dental. I have no regrets. They were able to change my original extraction date from July to June 25th so here I am 33hrs out and am still happy. I got quite a few teeth removed including my impacted wisdom teeth with no problem. From the time I walked in at 7:45 until the time I was wheeled out to the car EVERYTHING was smooth. Had a issue with my meds pre op (no fault of Dr arroyo or her staff) and they even tried to assist with it. I'm so thankful and pleased I'll be recommending everyone to her ❤️ and should I go through with the implants I already know where I'm coming to.
