Harborview Rehabilitation and Care Center at Lansdale

This is unacceptable living conditions here and this room has 3 beds. Plus, 1 teeny tiny TV for the whole room. Spackle on the walls for covering a nail hole and just left like that.The trim is all messed up paints off of it. Very cold uncomfortable feeling in here. Too sad

This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff are so mean and the nurses get smart with the residents. If you love your loved one DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE!!!

Don't believe what you see in the pictures. Bathroom in rm 105 has water leaking over tub (covered plywood over tub), water leaks from under the toilet, and mold on walls and it smells very bad. People, aids, don't do their jobs with attending to patients needs. They never call you with any important information about your love one. Call buttons don't work in the rooms. AC don't work, rooms are a mess, and they put three people in a room that can only fit two. The bathroom has no lock or even a sign that says occupied. Furniture is old babbling and falling apart. The front doors to the building are always locked, it feels like a prison. This rating of one is way higher then it should be, I give it a -5. This place should be shut down or condemned. The cost for your love one to live here is

Great place for care! The staff are great! The residents are friendly and well taken care of.

I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of this building. The staff, including housekeeping are so kind to the residents! Activities plans wonderful things for the residents to do and the social services director is an angel! Not sure what others were referring to. But the past 2 weeks has shown me a very different story! The director of nursing, WOW! She knows and cares about every resident! She prides herself on making them feel loved and ensuring all of their needs are met. I only gave it a 4 star because there are no private rooms. Other than that, it's a 5 star!
