From the nurses and therapists to the aides and administrative staff, everyone treated him with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. They made sure he was comfortable, supported his progress, and kept our family informed throughout the entire process. It gave us such peace of mind to know he was in a place where people truly cared about his well-being. My mother was a patient at Harborview, and our experience was awful. Nurses routinely ignored her call button, dismissed her instructions and our family’s directions, and this neglect led to infections and multiple hospital trips. At one point, their failure to follow clear pain-management instructions nearly caused her to lose another limb. I also witnessed disturbing behavior from staff. One nurse shoved my mother’s door open while her call light was on, bluntly said “what,” and only pretended to care after realizing I was in the room. Instead of helping, she simply yelled down the hall to another nurse, who also ignored my instructions. The facility itself was unacceptable. There were cockroaches throughout the building. I am extremely empressed with i non stop care i received i was in a major motorcycle accident A compound fracture to my wrist, concussion plus 7 fractured ribs. The staff here was extremely caring making sure my needs were met.I have been in several rehabs over the years for accidents i had but not one even comes close. I was in Sea Pines with my husband after his below knee amputation and Harbor View Heath and rehab is right i there as the best we have had. I can not say enough about this facility. If you or a loved one needs rehab Please do not look any further. This place is excellent. Thank you

My grandfather spent 2 days here and it was horrible. They clearly prioritized profit over comfort. Although he was headed to hospice, they wanted him to stay. The facility was unclean and rundown. Nursing and staff members frequently argued outside of his door. It was a terrible experience

The nurses in this place are disrespectful and rude. They'll feed certain patients good and the others bad. If you want your family members to be fed properly, don't send them here because they will be malnourished and disrespected.
