Harborside Animal Clinic

We had a very disappointing experience at Harborside Animal Clinic, Naples Florida primarily due to a young, inexperienced vet technician. In the past, Harborside’s Veterinary Services had been satisfactory. That all changed yesterday! Our dog has been professionally groomed every 4-6 weeks for 10 years (I.e. Bath, Brush and Nail trim). We typically take him to PetSmart for a full grooming, however, this time we bathed him ourselves therefore he only required his nails trimmed. We made an appointment at Harborside. After a few minutes - an employee came out to say they would not finish trimming his nails unless we agreed to give him Gabapentin, a sedative drug. He IS fussy regarding his nails, however, in over 100 groomings over 10 years he has never had to be sedated before having his n

Went here when my cat got a mysterious lump. They were very friendly and understanding to her, showing her nothing but respect. The staff was also swift and informed, we didn’t have a lot of time and they understood that! They gave me all the options on how to best deal with the situation we were dealt. I would go here again as trust is very important to me and my baby

my girl friend went here for a while. Was great until they started hiring young people who sit on their phones and act rudely. Doctors were great, technicians okay, hayle the assistant was extremely dismissive and rude, said she was studying radiology not even anything veterinary. Not my business what the girl is in but it was disappointing to see the way she cared for animals when administration was around versus when they were not. Not just her, looking into other rooms or at the desk people were just sitting on their phones. Regardless, I believe hiring such young people who have no passion or positivity will be the downfall of this business. Isabella, Victoria, Tayler were some young that was great. Most of them were, it was just sad to see the standard that they once held drop so low

Our dogs have been going to this vet clinic for the many years we have visited Naples. We have generally seen Dr. Gorman. He is the best. He listens to owner’s observations and concerns and is thorough and thoughtful in his recommendations. We have found him to be an excellent vet who is able to diagnose complex medical issues several of our dogs have had. Highly recommend.

The office and facilities are all cutting edge. The staff is professional. Dr March is a man of integrity and Dr Peters is sensitive to my dogs needs. As an Orthodox Christian I believe I am judged on how well I treat his creation. I love my Italian Greyhound and believe this is the best place in all of Naples for my dog.
