Harborage

Special thanks to Roxanna who is in charge of overseeing the patients on the 2nd Floor at Harborage. Whenever i need help or have a question she's always there. She works her job with energy and enthusiasm and it's always appreciated. Also a special shoutout to Edith and the rest of the nursing staff on the 2nd floor who work hard and take good care of Anthony my friend who has been a patient there for almost 2 years now.

The Nurses and nurses aides are so accommodating and they have excellent experiences with their patients especially with our mother who has Dementia. Thank you all very much for all of your help and support 🙏❤️

My grandmother had a great experience on the Rehab floor, especially with an amazing aid that has motivated her to be more positive. I will always be thankful for Kimberly for taking amazing care of her. As I was speaking to Kim, she truly shows she cares about her residents and many of them speak very highly of her. I applause administration for hiring people like her. Thank you Harborage !

The purgatory is in this place. I’ve seen the poor elderly begging for help and no one cares. As well leaving them without changing the diapers or offering them to go to the toilet at least ones a day. Disgraceful place to leave your elders. This is worst way to end your life.

It’s horrible here I have been here for 3 months most of the nursing aid staff only speaks Spanish. There are long waiting times for call bell, food is horrible. They take forever to attend to bed ridden Patience, They are patient yelling out for help all times of night. It’s hard to sleep. I don’t know what other people have experience for pretending this place is a perfect situation. My experience has been horrible.
