Bought a Groupon at the beginning of February and was unable to get an appointment until early March. Received a call 4 hours before my appointment stating that she is sick and needs to reschedule. When rescheduling I was told it would be a minimum of another 3 weeks wait. Contacted Groupon for a refund/exchange. I do not recommend unless you are willing to wait 6-8 weeks for your massage and willing to deal with someone who provides poor customer service. I understand things happen, but after reading through reviews it seems as though the people that work here are always sick. Recommendation to the employee/owner: If you need to reschedule a customer, it's not really good practice to throw someone to the back of the line because you decided not to come into work. My boss had been gifted a massage for Boss' Day and came back furious. He stated that she was extremely rude to him and the place was not clean, and the way she presented herself was very unprofessional and dirty. Will not recommend or buy from this business again!

I purchased a Swedish massage from Groupon on 1-27-2020 and called and left a message for someone to call me back w/my phone number to set up my appointment, she called back and set up my appointment for Feb.17, 2020 @ 11am...I drove all the way to another city..got there and walked in and was informed that she needed to reschedule my appointment due to her being ill and she didn’t have my number to call me..I clearly left my number in the message for her to call to schedule the first appointment. I thought that she was very unprofessional and very rude ..I will never buy anything else or recommend this place to anyone, I contacted Groupon for a refund 😞 I wish I could give them 0 stars

This woman was very rude and disrespectful she was cussing at me for calling and asking where her place was located because I did not make the 15 minute early because I was lost. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional and not have any customer service skills. I am not one to leave reviews but with how I was treated, I want to save anyone else from having that happen and wasting their hard earned money. Don’t waste your time or energy dealing with this woman.

She did not give a full body massage, the sheets were so wrinkled and there was no heated pad on the table to lay on 🤷‍♀️. she asked where my soreness was, but that shouldnt limit a massage to that area, 1 leg and shoulders , she never got to the lower lumbar which is the spot i needed and she talked the entire time . Uuuhhhgg . Just dont do it. I politely left but will never return. Just dont do it. Bad bad bad all around Not very clean either . Plus there needs to be seperate area to was hands and whatnot in. Not the massage room
