Kim was my main PTA and was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. Larry also provided great care during Kim's absence for a few visits. My husband has been going here for about a year (off and on) post Knee surgery. He has had an exceptional experience with the team at Harbor City Physical Therapy in Downtown Melbourne. When I received a referral for PT for my shoulder, they were the first I thought of. Sadly, they don't take my insurance. HOWEVER, the 5-star service I received from Amy has been nothing short of wonderful. She researched all the details for me to make an educated decision on the care I would be paying for out of pocket. When I called back with more questions, she referred me to an in-network provider (because my insurance website was not accurate/up-to-date). I cannot rave enough about the level of service both my husband and myself have received. He as a patient, and me, as a wannabe patient. :) In a day
