Happy Molar Dental

After a long time avoiding the dentist because of my negative experiences in the past, I gave Happy Molar Dental a try and I am very happy I did. My first visit was an extremely positive experience. Everyone was kind and made sure that I was comfortable and that my visit was painless. The assistants and dentist gave me a detailed exam and explained everything to me before each procedure. I felt that I was a part of the experience and had the freedom to agree or say no to each step. My cleaning was also a wonderful since Happy Molar uses the best, most advanced, and least invasive equipment. The practice is also holistic so I was happy that non-toxic and bio-compatible materials were used for my teeth. The staff and Dr. Michelle were extremely sweet and comforting throughout my whole visit.

Wow. I was so nervous and anxious to go to any dentist after 6 years, and embarrassed that I hadn't taken good care, if any, of my teeth and gums for that long. - But they never once made me feel bad for it. They were all so kind, helpful, friendly and professional! I really feel the love they have for what they do and their passion for arming you with the knowledge you deserve in order to take your health into your hands. I recently had an excellent experience at Happy Molar. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smile, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. The office was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Ly is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time ro explain to me the condition of my teeth and put in place a treatment plan . I truly appreciated the thoroughness of the examination and the personalized care I received. I feel I’m in good hands. The hygienist was also fantastic, providing a detailed cleaning that left my teeth feeling fresh and clean. I came in for an emergency extraction and left untreated. It went from $49.99 to $89.00 within 6 minutes of discussion; but i was willing to pay because I can't afford to be in pain from a broken Tooth. However as I sat and was redirected, overstimulated by the staff and all the new equipment, blood drawn and put back into the tooth technique ?! Etc I see why it's pricey but I just wanted a traditional extraction. They told me they don't offer payment plan as discussed and I would need to pay in full before any work was performed and that wasn't explained. I pretty much just paid for x-rays and was told come up with money; "have a good day." It's not about the $89.00, its the principle. Michelle and her team (do everything holistically!) are incredibly kind, listen to your needs/fears, and explain everything with patience. They truly care about your health and are always learning new holistic methods to improve your oral health and save your teeth. The best dentist experience I've ever had! 🙌🙏😀
