Positives: - Booked same day an hour before appointment. - Massage was good overall. - Price is very reasonable Negatives: - (major) one of the staff could be heard coughing pretty badly multiple times - my therapist also seemed to have a cold but at least was wearing a mask - the room is open on ceiling you can hear conversations and phone ringing etc.

Reception rep was very kind and made the experience even better. I got the 30min head massage through classpass and they were very nice helping me with booking & rescheduling and the massage with Michelle was good. I had a headache before and it’s all gone now. I’ll be back when I’m in the area!

I originally wanted to give them 1 star, but l'm giving 2 stars because of Mia. She was very nice,checked in on me during the massage, and despite what some reviewers have said about language barriers, Ithought her English was perfectly fine--she understood everything 1 said. The reason for the low rating is mainly the way the business handled my appointment. I had booked with Cindy, who was highly recommended by a friend, and has great reviews. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me until I was already undressed in the private room that Cindy had called out and was unavailable. That information could have easily been communicated ahead of time--by text, when I arrived, or even through email (since I was already corresponding with them via email). UPDATE It’s been 4 months since I’ve been here due to a busy schedule. I’m happy to have been back! The lady I had was amazing! She communicated well with both me and for the lady in the next room over who couldn’t understand the guy she had. He didn’t speak very clear English(though I understand him fine the lady next door didn’t seem too). It was the perfect pressure after asking her to be a little softer only once. She didn’t rush which is the best when needing a massage the way I did! I got a 30min body and 30min foot massage combo it was an amazing hour of relaxation for a great price of $55 (plus the 20 dollar tip I think the big tip was well deserved).
