This is by far the worse office I've ever been, the associate who work with my husband the day of his appointment was very rude and not cooperative giving my husband a hard time, although we have tons of CDL drivers friends whom came to this location using the translator app this man refuse to allowed my husband using the app or my help, despite that the man was black as my husband but gay I think he wasn't happy to see a black man and a white woman, we both feel that way, he wasn't professional at all and he was acting his orientation as if he was on the streets not in public government office, the WORSE PART HERE is that he put a RESTRICTION ON MY HUSBANDS CDL that he did not had from the State and School he attended to get his CDL so in other words my husband can only work in TX and not

No way to contact the office, phone service says "due to unusually high call volumes they cannot take your call" and when u try to email them their "recaptcha services no longer exists", so now I have no choice but to go down there to see why was there is a surcharge added when I've paid all surcharges off and have not had a traffic violation for ay least a 1 1/2 year? The state of Texas are ran it a bunch of crooks!

This is a underhanded way to double fine you for violation. I can't wait for the legislation that tears this abominable, oppressive law to the ground. Even when you are trying to be a good citizen and pay your surcharges, their website is always having technical difficulties, as is their phone automated payment service. And when you try to talk to someone an automate message tells you they cannot talk and disconnects. So, does Texas and it's corporate shill the MSB want my money or not??? Such a bogus way to fund trauma centers. I don't understand how any One with a conscience work for these crooks.
