HAPPI Health Clinic & Urgent Care

Due to some life changes, I am now a patient at the community free clinic (who are amazing) but there is one medication I am on that they cant prescribe so they sent me to the Happi clinic. I went on Thursday. They told me they could write it only if I became a patient there. I said no problem and signed up. They were supposed to call in a 2 week supply. It is now Tuesday and still no meds. I have called and left NUMEROUS messages and even went down there yesterday again and STILL NO MEDS! Im just gonna cancel my appointment to become a patient because this is unacceptable. I have been violently sick withdrawing from this medication I paid you for and you said I would receive! Thanks for nothing! I am NOT Happi! Update: 3 weeks later they called in the prescription. Too

Dr. Kyle has been my Primary Care Doctor for going on 4 years. He is very attentive, listens to his patience. He is warm, kind and very educated. He takes time to talk with you and then gives his thoughts on what is wrong and how he will address your situation. I had a doctor before him for 37 years, when she retired I had a terrible time adjusting. She was the best, how do you top that? It took me awhile to find a doctor as good as my first doctor. But from the moment I saw him and he talked to me... well I was sold 😃 . I totally suggest Dr. Kyle first you check him out, I'm sure you too will agree with my assessment about him.

We love Happi Health. They are always on the ball here. You barely get to sit down before theyre putting you in a room, the doctor/CRNP comes in after they get your info and its super quick- or if you need them to take some extra time- they will. If you need tests, you just go across the street & you're there. The nurses have always been so friendly and communicative. The office nice and seems clean. I doubt I will use another dr before I move next Spring.

The wait was a little long, but wasn't too bad! The staff were friendly and they have support for Spanish speakers. They have a sliding scale pay system based on income, and you are able to pay your bill later. They are a pretty accommodating clinic and I would fully recommend.

Serious Concerns About Safety & Professionalism at Happi Health I’ve had both good and bad experiences here — maybe 60–70% of the time it’s fine, and two of my favorite doctors work for Happi Health. I’ll gladly leave them a 5-star review at a different location. This review is about the other 30–40% of the time — the times that aren’t just inconvenient, but could put patients at real risk. August 9th – Urgent Care Visit Urgent care was supposed to open at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:30 AM very sick — intense chills despite the heat, sweating so much I was soaked, and so weak I could barely walk. I was in an exam room by 9:45–10:00 AM. The doctor for the day arrived late, leaving everyone waiting long past opening. When they finally came in, the exam was rushed. I tried to explain my sympt
