Lab appointments are the worse. You will wait up to 45 min up front to be called back to wait in the back for 30 minutes. It has slowly gotten worse and seems like they really don't care. This is unfortunate because my PA is awesome.

A shoutout to Dr. Nim. Had my annual physical today and was really grateful for how she took her time explaining everything to me and engaging in attentive dialogue regarding my needs and questions and not rushing through the appointment. For a person with anxiety, that means more than anyone could ever know.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with kindness and respect. The front desk is efficient and welcoming, the nurses are attentive and compassionate, and the doctors take the time to listen and truly care about your concerns. I never feel rushed, and every question is answered thoroughly. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like family, but this office truly makes you feel that way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring family doctor.

I have been going to Hanover Family Physicians for over 35 years. I have to say I've been happy with all the Doctors and Nurse Practicioners I've seen. They have amazing lab technicians too.

I just can't understand the bad reviews. I have nothing but great things to say. Calling for an appointment is easy. There are a variety of providers to see and everyone is super friendly. My experience has been nothing but positive, so I will take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, as you can't please everyone, and in medicine, you shouldn't try. Doing the right thing matters, and that has been my experience.
